Our Mission

Dignity ADHC ECM delivers Enhanced Care Management (ECM) — a whole-person approach to care that addresses the clinical and non-clinical circumstances of high-need Medi-Cal members. Our mission is to stand alongside our members as their advocate, coordinating the services and resources that make better health possible.

We partner with Anthem Blue Cross and Kaiser Permanente to deliver ECM services to eligible Medi-Cal members across four Southern California counties. Each member is paired with a dedicated Care Manager who builds a whole-person plan around their life.
