As part of your Enhanced Care Management plan, your Care Manager helps you use the non-emergency medical transportation benefit that is already available through your Medi-Cal managed care plan. We don't operate vehicles or provide rides directly — what we do is make sure the transportation benefit you're entitled to is actually set up and working for you.
