Executive Director
Dr. Chen founded Dignity ADHC ECM in 2009 after witnessing the lack of accessible mental health services in underserved communities. With over 20 years of experience in clinical psychology, she leads our team with a vision of equitable care for all.
Clinical Director
Carlos brings 15 years of experience in family therapy and multicultural counseling. He oversees all clinical programs and ensures our services meet the highest standards of care for every community we serve.
Community Outreach Manager
Wei is dedicated to connecting underserved populations with vital resources. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, she leads outreach efforts across all three counties, building trust and partnerships with community organizations.
Lead Therapist
Dr. Johnson specializes in trauma-informed care and culturally responsive therapy. She leads our therapy team, developing treatment plans that honor each client's unique background and experiences.
