Dignity ADHC ECM does not provide counseling or therapy. Your dedicated Care Manager connects you to licensed behavioral health providers and community resources through closed-loop referrals, advocacy, and ongoing coordination.
Dignity ADHC ECM is not a licensed behavioral health provider. We do not deliver clinical services directly. What we do is make sure Medi-Cal members with behavioral health needs are connected to the right licensed providers and community programs through their health plan.
Your Care Manager identifies your needs, provides warm, closed-loop referrals to licensed behavioral health providers, helps coordinate appointment scheduling through your plan, follows up to make sure you are getting the care you need, and advocates on your behalf at every step.
